Primary Service Area
West & West, Greer & Estorga was founded in San Antonio in 1938 — long before military divorce law became the specialized field it is today. Over more than eight decades, the firm has grown alongside the city it calls home, earning a reputation for honest counsel and results-driven representation in family law matters.
San Antonio is one of the most military-dense cities in the United States, home to Joint Base San Antonio — which encompasses Lackland Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, and Fort Sam Houston. That reality has shaped our practice. We have spent decades developing deep expertise in the intersection of military service and family law, from retirement division to deployment custody issues to SCRA protections.
Our attorneys are not generalists who occasionally handle military cases. Military family law is what we do — and we bring that focused experience to every client we serve.

Greer & Estorga Join the Legacy
Under the leadership of Christin Cody and Jessica Estorga, the firm continues its mission — combining decades of institutional knowledge with a modern, client-centered approach.
Senior Attorney
Christin Cody brings more than 30 years of family law experience to every case she handles. A San Antonio native, she earned her law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law — one of the city's most respected legal institutions — and has spent her career representing families in Bexar County courts.
Known for her calm, strategic approach in high-stakes matters, Christin has guided hundreds of clients through complex military divorces, contested custody disputes, and high-asset property division. Her depth of experience with DFAS procedures, USFSPA compliance, and Texas family law makes her an invaluable resource for military families facing divorce.
Managing Attorney & Shareholder
Jessica Estorga is a shareholder at West & West, Greer & Estorga and serves as the firm's managing attorney. She focuses her practice on family law throughout Bexar County and Central Texas, with particular emphasis on military divorce, property division, and child custody matters.
A Trinity University undergraduate and St. Mary's University School of Law graduate, Jessica is known for her client-centered approach and her ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly. She understands that military families face unique pressures — deployments, PCS moves, retirement planning — and she structures her representation to address those realities directly.

San Antonio is more than where we practice — it's where we live, where our families are, and where we've built our careers. That connection to the community shapes how we approach every case. We understand the local courts, the local judges, and the local military community in a way that out-of-town firms simply cannot.
We serve military families at all JBSA installations — Lackland Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, and Fort Sam Houston — as well as throughout Bexar County and the surrounding Central Texas region. Whether you're an active-duty service member, a military spouse, or a veteran navigating a post-service divorce, we know your world and we know how to help.
